We have a new and exciting opportunity working on our CVS Health Accordant Team! Everyone values good health. Accordant’s care management programs bring members and their health care providers together to bridge the health care experience.
As an Outbound Enrollment Representative, you will initiate interaction with members through outbound calls, outline our health and wellness programs, and assess member willingness to participate.
This position includes helping patients with rare health conditions understand the specifics about the health benefit they are eligible for at no additional cost by communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of the program. Some sales experience is preferred as the core purpose of this role is to encourage the member to agree to enrolling in a benefit program offered through their health insurance. This position often represents the first impression that the potential new member has of our organization and is critical to sustaining a high level of engagement.

This role is a full-time, permanent position. The regular shift would include M-F: 9-6 with one day a week rotating evening shift of 12-9 weekly. Additionally, this role would require the minimum of 6-8 weeks of training in the High Point, NC office. The ability to work from home is based on personal performance. Performance is monitored and measured in accordance to established production goals. Required Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience in a call center, medical or pharmacy environment, or telephonic setting
- One year computer experience in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. (must be able to toggle between multiple systems)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a sales role or role requiring the skill of persuasion
- Experience working in a medical setting with rare or chronic conditions
- Experience working with medical programs or in a medical setting
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
