We are responsible for educating and protecting our users from unwanted/unsolicited messages, media, and phishing attempts. We partner with safety engineers to identify patterns and behaviors using internal tools to mitigate attacks and other violations. We're looking for a Business Integrity Project Manager to help our Business Integrity team operate more efficiently and proactively develop innovative ways to protect our end users.

In this role you will address large-scale business integrity issues and partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Legal teams to create scalable solutions. Business Integrity Project Manager, WhatsApp Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Business Integrity Operations through vendor engagement and process improvement, to improve quality and efficiency outputs Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop solutions that improve the overall user experience and safety Effectively plan and manage complex projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution to further our mission Participate in on-call emergency escalation rotation as well as after-hours and weekend duty when necessary Be a Trust and Safety subject matter expert, and maintain expertise by regularly performing operational core work, handling escalations and quality audits Develop a deep end-to-end understanding of Trust and Safety and how it affects our community Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to drive efficient analytics and reporting Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (operations, project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) Experience with assessing, analyzing and resolving complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication Experience with program management using strategic, and analytic evaluation with a focus on end goal upstream problems solving Experience building connections with cross-functional partners and team members through effective communication and collaboration, while delivering results in a goal-oriented environment Intermediate knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker or other coding languages and data visualization tools Experience working in a global cross-functional environment across multiple time zones with competing deadlines Experience operating in ambiguity Preferred Qualifications 4+ years experience managing projects or process improvements Experience working within a formal methodology (Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) Familiarity with WhatsApp For those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.
