The investigator is expected to complete a thorough investigation and complete regulatory reports if warranted. The investigator will be used to augment current staff due to an increased workload and attrition.
- Basic understanding of VISA rules/disputes
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, proofreading, and speaking

- Working knowledge of generally accepted business practices for internal communications
- Proficient computer skills relevant to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

- Previous debit card fraud experience/understanding
- Previous Reg. E dispute experience.
