Your Opportunity

We are looking to hire a (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager for either our Berlin HQ or our office in NYC. The (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager will be a key member of our Demand Generation function, responsible for developing our paid campaign strategies and maximizing their impact while reducing conversion costs. We seek an analytical and data-driven mind with a proven track record of implementing successful performance marketing campaigns in the SaaS space. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Strategies: Design and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels. Your goal will be to drive qualified leads and build a strong pipeline, aligning all efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key market segments, define target audiences, and craft competitive positioning. Ensure that all campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Test & Scale: Adopt a test-and-learn mindset to scale our paid acquisition channels efficiently and sustainably. You’ll be laser-focused on metrics like ROAS and pipe-to-spend ratios, constantly optimizing for better results.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to track campaign effectiveness, fostering a culture of experimentation and data-informed decisions within the team. You’ll make sure every initiative is measurable and optimized for performance.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across channels and audience segments for maximum ROI. You’ll balance investment and outcomes to drive growth at scale.
  • Cultivate Innovation: Lead by example to foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused culture within the performance marketing team, encouraging new ideas and approaches that push the team forward.

Your Profile

  • Leadership & Strategy: You've led performance marketing teams in the B2B SaaS space and have experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets. You can build and execute long-term strategies focused on revenue growth, scaling teams, and aligning with business goals.
  • Hands-On Expertise: While being a leader, you stay close to the day-to-day operations. You're comfortable setting up campaigns, tracking, and optimization, ensuring you understand the granular details of how their strategies are implemented.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You're deeply analytical and use data to inform decisions at both the macro (strategy) and micro (campaign) levels. You're fluent in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools, ensuring proper measurement and tracking across the customer journey.
  • Collaborative & Cross-Functional Influence: Known for your ability to lead cross-functional teams, you influence key stakeholders across departments (sales, product, etc.) to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • International Experience: With global experience, you understand the nuances of managing campaigns across different regions, ensuring your strategies scale internationally while remaining locally relevant.

Expected Compensation: $140,000 to $185,000 + Bonus + VSOP 

For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. We share base salary ranges on all US job advertisements to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. This role will be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses and stock options.

Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
