• Computer/Phone Maintenance: Provide remote support for routine maintenance and troubleshooting of computers and phones.
• Attendance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and managing employee attendance.
• Lunch Break Management: Monitor and manage lunch break timings to ensure compliance.
• Overtime Approval: Assist in tracking and approving overtime requests.
• Sampro Access Management: Ensure employees have proper access rights in the Sampro system.
