Key Responsibilities

  • Master the AppFolio property management platform to manage tenant leasing and communications efficiently.
  • Develop consultative partnerships with property owners, guiding them on maintenance requirements, rental analyses, and understanding current landlord and tenancy regulations.
  • Market property listings, including creating high-quality photographs and videos.
  • Organize and conduct showings for prospective tenants.
  • Manage the tenant application and screening procedures.
  • Draft and formalize comprehensive lease agreements with the necessary supporting documentation.
  • Execute move-in, interim, and move-out property inspections.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and associated invoicing processes.
  • Notify tenants about lease expirations, renewal options, and rent adjustments.
  • Ensure timely completion of all reports and paperwork.
  • Engage in bi-weekly team meetings via Zoom to promote collaboration.
  • Physically meet prospects on-site for property inspections, which may involve lifting items up to 30 lbs.

Compensation And Benefits

Location:

You will manage single-family and multi-family properties located in King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties, specifically seeking a Property Manager for the Snohomish County area. Our home office is situated in Lynnwood, WA, with approximately 80% of your work being remote or from a home office. Initially, for the first three months, we anticipate your presence in the office 2-3 days a week as you familiarize yourself with our systems and processes.
