What You’ll Do:
As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a vehicle, delivering 250-300 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 8 to 10+ hours per day.

What You’ll Need:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a valid California driver's license
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must have a daily positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (THC are not tested for drivers)

General Responsibilities:
• The driver’s main objective is Prompt, Safe, & Accurate Deliveries. Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors to ensure the above-mentioned goal is always met
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
• Always interact positively and professionally while on the road making deliveries
• Deliveries include but aren’t limited to customer homes, retail stores, businesses, and Amazon lockers.
• Apply solution-oriented approaches when faced with a customer inquiry, request, or concern
• Keep the customer informed of delivery progress & status to the best of one’s ability
• Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles
• Sort and prepare delivery routes to assure customer satisfaction
• Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times
• Assist in training and helping other team members if need be
• Where appropriate, non-delivery tasks such as sortation, may be needed at the Delivery Station
• Transmit clear and timely communication with the dispatcher
