Your Responsibilities

Full ownership and all the autonomy needed when it comes to the most critical steps of the sales cycle such as prospecting (including social selling), conducting platform demos, negotiating, and closing (including legal, data, and security).

 

Opportunity management (incl. Qualification using MEDDPICC).

 

Stakeholder Management/Relationship building.

 

Pipeline Management (incl. CRM data hygiene).

 

Accurate forecasting (incl. probabilities, priority, size, timelines, etc.).

 

Nurturing postponed/closed lost leads.

 

Being a product and industry expert (become/sustain needed for consultative selling).

 

Extracurricular activities (temporary assignments, e.g. OKR initiatives).

 

Your Profile

You hold a university degree and have 2 - 5 years of work experience in Sales  (ideally in B2B SaaS) or a customer-exposed role, e.g., at a consulting firm.

 

You have a fluent/native level in German + fluency in English.

 

You excel at asking the right questions to understand a customer’s needs and decision process quickly, and you work with the customer to generate value for them.

 

You are a very process-driven person and continuously work to improve existing processes.

 

You have a good understanding of technology.

 

You are passionate about the future of work and continuous learning at work, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have a real impact in this space.

 

Bonus: You have previous experience in SaaS or HR tech, and/or organizational development, people development, or agility & digitalization.
