Summary Of Position

We are looking for a driven User-Exerperience professional with enterprise product experience to enhance our security offerings. Our UX Designer role will create and manage the UX/UI roadmap for our portfolio of products to improve usability for our install base. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working with cross-functional teams, partners and customers to solicit UX feedback, prioritize updates, create required designs, and drive execution of improvements.

Schedule and conduct UX research with internal and external to gather insights and identify user needs and pain points.

Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with user testing, research, and analysis methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, Section 508, etc.
Knowledge of inclusive design practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
