Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Proposal Writer to create clear, compliant, and compelling proposal documents aligned with customer requirements and business goals. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, SMEs, and project personnel to develop proposals, improve existing content, and ensure alignment with RFP guidelines. Occasional support for project delivery documentation may be required.

Analyze RFPs, customer requirements, and compliance limitations to structure technical proposals.
Draft and refine content by adapting existing materials, interviewing SMEs, and ensuring consistency.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational, collaborative, and communication skills with attention to detail.
U.S. citizenship is required
