This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:

Responsible for enhancing the base system for RingCentral’s analytics platform, creating fault-tolerant scalable services with new functionalities, and contributing to API design

To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:

Leading feature enhancement to improve efficiency and identify trends and opportunities to drive growth of RingCentral's software products and business.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas where enhancements are needed and designing new systems and functionalities to meet ongoing needs.

Investigating/troubleshooting cloud telephony and video conference-related issues on RingCentral’s analytics platform.

Driving escalation management and incident management to recommend, develop, and implement best practices.

Participating in root cause analysis to allow the Analytics team to be more efficient in planning, designing, building and operating RingCentral's platform.

Developing tools to enhance monitoring and troubleshooting of RingCentral’s platform

Desired Qualifications:

U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience, is required.

Experience with REST, Kafka, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Agile, Linux, Java, SQL and Scala is required.
