About the Team

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in a Sales leadership role

  • Experience selling to C-level – (prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing business with complex sales cycles)

  • Experience leading and selling SaaS or video/audio conferencing space

  • Able to clearly understand and articulate business issues and how Zoom solutions can address those challenges

  • Experience motivating a team of high performing & experienced sellers

  • Able to manage complex sales with extended sales cycles

  • Experience accelerating revenue in a fast paced & high growth environment

  • Able to access and develop trusting relationships with C-level business executives.

  • Experience monitoring and managing the sales pipeline to ensure a healthy flow of opportunities and timely closures. Use CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and progress.

 

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

 

Minimum:

$227,500.00

 

Maximum:

$508,400.00

 

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

 

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

 

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
