Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance client understanding.
  • Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services and support processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
  • Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred, particularly in English and another language.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer support and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Familiarity with client services principles and practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
