Role Over view::

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the functional and regression testing of our Gateway Services products. You will work independently while collaborating with senior management and technical teams globally.Key Responsibilities

Functional Testing:
Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure quality software delivery.
Lead and participate in test planning and quality review sessions.
Oversee the writing of comprehensive test cases/scripts.
Conduct application, network, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Participate in daily calls for hands-on testing as needed.
Technical Testing:
Perform all testing activities, including planning, design, scripting, execution, debugging, and reporting.
Monitor and execute automation testing activities for large-scale projects.
Collaborate with technical and business groups to define testing scope.
Research and implement new testing tools and methodologies.
Manage post-test execution activities, including error debugging and communication.

Qualifications:

What You Will Need:

9+ years of related technical experience.
Extensive knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software, and network) and their business applications.
Proficiency in testing tools, database concepts, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
Hands-on experience with Java.
Hands-on experience with API testing and RESTful/JSON web services.
Test automation experience with tools such as QTP/UFT, JMeter, Selenium WebDriver, or TOSCA.
Knowledge of key business processes and rules impacting information systems.

What Would Be Great to Have:

Experience in Merchant Payment Processing, including authorizations at point-of-sale or Card-Not-Present (eCommerce/digital).
Knowledge of financial processing for debit cards, loans, and credit card systems (new accounts, payments, settlements, fraud, etc.).
Familiarity with high-volume processing in financial services and payment industry applications.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
