Responsibilities:
Consult and advise customers on their computer and network needs.
Help customers troubleshoot issues with workstations, servers and peripheral devices
Schedule service tickets and escalate issues as needed
Provide front end support in a wide array of technical areas from the configuration of workstations to configuration and management of servers and network infrastructures
Travel in the DC Metropolitan area and after-hours work as needed

Working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 7 and Office365/Outlook
Experience working with desktop and laptop hardware
