National Sales Scheduler & Analyst - Bothell WA id-1209

We are looking for a National Sales Scheduler & Analyst to join our team. As a key player in our workforce planning and optimization efforts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our sales performance and ensure the efficient allocation of our resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning and Optimization:
  • Maintain comprehensive staff schedules that meet national operational requirements, taking into account time zones, peak demand times, and staff availability across different regions.
  • Analyzing staffing requirements and adjusting schedules to ensure efficient use of personnel while meeting service level agreements.
  • Conducting regular assessments of staffing needs based on historical data, current trends, and forecasted service demands.
  • Identifying potential staffing gaps or excesses and developing strategies to address them proactively.
  • Implementing flexible staffing models, including part-time, full-time, and on-call staff, to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and minimize overstaffing during slower periods.

Schedule Management:

  • Identifying opportunities to leverage technology and automation to streamline scheduling and staffing processes.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in workforce planning and optimization.
  • Communication and collaboration:
  • Coordinating with regional managers, supervisors, and HR to address staffing concerns, communicate schedule updates, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Data analysis and reporting:
  • Monitoring staffing metrics like overtime, absenteeism, and productivity to identify trends and make informed scheduling decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with employees, managers, and other departments clearly and effectively.
  • Previous experience in scheduling roles, ideally within a multi-location or national organization a plus!
  • Capacity to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, staffing shortages, and other challenges.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple schedules simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Accurate data entry and meticulous attention to details to maintain accurate schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, finance, or mathematics a plus!

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Full time position
  • Work in Bothell office and work from home 60/40
  • Starting Salary $60,000/year
