It is a very exciting time of growth for our Infrastructure Solutions team, and we are currently hiring a Microsoft Endpoint Management Consultant.

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.

What will my role be?

As a Microsoft Endpoint Management Consultant, you will be part of Quisitive’s growing infrastructure solutions team working with our team members on Endpoint management services, Endpoint security hardening, and version/technology migrations for Quisitive clients. In this role, you will assist our clients to design the architecture, map the build out and deploy client solutions (partial or full suite).

Some of your activities will include:

Working with technical managers and staff to understand client infrastructure
Guiding client transitions to Microsoft Endpoint Manager and co-management
Enrolling and managing devices with both Intune and SCCM
AVD
Working with Defender for Endpoint for full integration
Deploying MDM, MAM, and DLP for Endpoint
Setup and configuration of Azure AD Premium
Logging analytics and analyzing data via Azure Log Analytics
Developing, Updating, and Managing PowerShell scripting for automation

What’s required?

Ability to engage in customer settings and discern client business needs
Desire to work in a team environment and ability to work across organization functional boundaries
Ability to make decisions and manage time effectively to a delivery plan/schedule
Good organizational skills with demonstrated ability to organize teams toward a common objective
Ability to take ownership of delivery assignments and work independently (or in a team) to accomplish joint goals
Expertise with Microsoft Endpoint Manager requirements analysis, implementation, and configuration
Microsoft Config Manager Setup and Configuration Experience
Microsoft Intune Setup and Configuration Experience including full Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM) and AutoPilot
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint requirements analysis, implementation, and configuration
Working knowledge of how to resolve issues with non-compliant Windows and Mobile devices
Working knowledge of Endpoint Malware analysis, detection, and resolution steps
Understanding of Conditional Access Policies and integration with Intune
Azure Active Directory, AD Connect & ADFS
Functional knowledge PowerShell and Azure Automation
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

What would set you apart?

Experience with Microsoft Endpoint DLP configuration and setup
Experience with setup and configuration of Conditional Access Policies
Working knowledge of the overall EM+S Suite and M365 E5 licensing value

Security Management with EM+S suite:
Onboarding & Management - MEM/Intune/Config Mgr/GPO/PowerShell
Attack Surface Reduction Rules (ASR) / Disk Encryption / Firewall
Alert Handling - Investigation & incident - Advanced Hunting
Integrations - MCAS, Sentinel, Endpoint for Identity, SIEM
RMS and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Privileged Identity Management
Azure AD Identity Protection

Setup and configuration of Azure AD Identity Governance and SSO
Working knowledge of Azure Infrastructure
Azure Sentinel
