The Manager Assistant will support the Vice President of Technology, Global Services Group Front End Servicing responsible for delivering innovative solutions for Contact Management, Digital Assistants, Colleague Tools, Data Insights, and Intelligence. This individual will be an integral part of the Leadership team with responsibility for collaborating with key stakeholders to create exceptional experiences for our frontline CCPs. The areas of accountability include preparing presentations and organization announcements, actively participating and leading projects, analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing oversight of key performance metrics.
The candidate should also demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying areas of focus and execute with attention to detail. He or she will ensure the effective and efficient management of initiatives within the VP’s scope of responsibility. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, communication and creative problem-solving skills. Experience with cross-functional teams and ability to influence across multiple levels of leadership is critical. Applicants must work well in a dynamic environment and have the ability to deliver in compressed timelines.
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the overall efficiency and management of the VP’s executive office.
? Act as a central point of contact for urgent business issues, initiatives managed by the VP, and additional ad hoc requests.
? Overall responsibility for managing meeting content and presentations, including updates to senior leaders, town halls, staff meetings, etc. Emphasis on storytelling to craft effective and impactful presentations.
? Manage business planning and central processes driven through the VP’s office (e.g. leadership team meetings, year-end processes, etc.).
? Lead employee engagement and organizational management, including team building activities, talent assessments, liaising with central and market HR.
? Make recommendations and share insights with the leadership team on meaningful business decisions, ensuring that business decisions are effectively communicated and implemented across different markets.
? Build both relationships and partnerships across the team and the Enterprise.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
