Mamaroneck Union Free School District is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our online community, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
- Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Utilize knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
Qualifications
