 Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

Showcasing technology or information security principles, including a broad, high-level understanding of information security policy requirements and compliance, as well as current events within the cybersecurity space; Understanding business processes, particularly in the information security or information technology space; Understanding the importance of knowledge sharing within a professional services environment; Leveraging knowledge of the Cyber Kill Chain Framework and working familiarity of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework; Understanding the different types of "insider threats" within an organization; Demonstrating an awareness of the basics of an insider risk program; Ability to work across disciplines and borders; Leveraging data analysis methodologies, statistics, and data visualizations in order to tell an effective story through an evidence-based narrative; Demonstrating an awareness of a mature insider risk program and navigating the intricacies thereof; Evaluating data to identify trends and methods of insider threats which can assist with refining processes, enhancing awareness, and establishing/implementing mitigation mechanisms; Drafting threat mitigation strategies to identify and mitigate insider threats in a transparent and high-quality manner; and, Working with cross-functional teams to demonstrate the value of an insider threat program.
