You will work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions, create more value from our tracking offer and lift the standard of deliverables by including the latest thinking in  data analytics and visualization. Additionally, you will find new growth levers and convert new business. You will be responsible for shaping and growing the analytics team and championing the use of data to help clients with their business decisions through appropriate analytics solutions. Where necessary, you will develop training programs to skill up the understanding of analytics across the business.

Key Outcomes/Responsibilities:

Knowledge & Expertise

  • Design appropriate solutions to drive meaningful insight for clients’ needs and their business
  • Apply strong understanding and expertise in Market Mix Modelling and ROI Models for brands and businesses
  • Prior knowledge of Search / Social analytics, Data Engineering / Visualization and CX/CRM Analytics is a good to have
  • Good understanding of different Data assets / types – Tracking, Sales, Panel, Scan, POS, Search / Social , Media etc.
  • Adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.
  • Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize marketing performance, revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
  • Partner with COE (centre of excellence for analytics) on development and delivery of analytics solutions to clients
  • Ensure insights are translated into engaging stories with clear and concise implications that will help clients make better decisions.

  • Coordinate with different client teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Lead presentations on technically complex programs, adapting reporting styles to the needs of different clients, audiences, and situations
  • Support creating thought leadership pieces around Brand growth using results from analytics.
  • Demonstrate confidence and strong interpersonal skills in client facing situations
  • Chair client and agency meetings
  • Develops and implements account management plans for key clients
  • Generate ideas and collaborate with consult with account teams to develop case studies to demonstrate value we bring for clients.
  • Ensure impact reviews meet required standards, and include client feedback where appropriate for all presentations

People Development & Management

  • Manage and develop a high performing and engaged team of 8-10 specialists and create a culture which fosters team collaboration, growth, and learning
  • Help the team members achieve their career goals. Make sure that the team understands the impact they bring to clients and the business
  • Develop training programs to deepen understanding of different analytics techniques within the team and across the business
  • Play a mentorship role to key talent within the business and build talent growth plans for each specialisation area

Key capabilities

  • Skilled in Marketing Mix Modelling and/or ROI models
  • Adept at manipulating data sets and building statistical and machine learning models
  • Hands-on experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
  • Has a passion for discovering patterns hidden in large data sets.
  • Proven track record to consult with a variety of clients across industries and improve business results with data-based insights
  • Have a challenger and entrepreneurial mentality. The candidate for this role should be comfortable with new methodologies and drive meaningful integration of analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage large financial responsibility, with a driven mindset to grow revenue.
  • Has a Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field
