Job Description

As an experienced General Merchandise Team Leader, you will play an important role in helping Target exceed our guests’ expectations. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of team members, ensuring the highest level of service, and creating a shopping experience that will keep our guests coming back.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of retail experience. You must also be a team player, have strong leadership and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. You must also have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a desire to exceed our guests’ expectations.If you are a motivated, customer-focused professional who is committed to providing outstanding service and creating a positive shopping experience, then we would love to hear from you.
