About the Role:

SDRs are the driving force behind MSI’s market expansion. You’ll strategically prospect & engage with potential customers to create new sales opportunities for our Sales Team. In this role, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship, with an emphasis on strategic selling methodology. This position is a great way for individuals to gain in-depth sales experience in a rapidly growing SaaS company. 

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects, and you will have the chance to actively manage both inbound and outbound activities. Responsibilities: 

  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to discover their business priorities and challenges and offer relevant M.S.I products 

  • Apply knowledge of Millennium Systems International’s offerings, market and trends to uncover new sales opportunities 

  • Prospect new customers by leveraging leads in Salesforce and creating new leads through targeted outreach 

  • Creating interest and demand through cold emailing, emailing, purchased lists, and industry online directories 

  • Research accounts, identify and build relationships with key decision makers and generate interest 

  • Work closely with Account Executives to improve deal flow and grow pipeline 

  • Develop and qualify inbound and outbound leads for the US region 

  • Perform outbound prospecting via a high level of cold calling activities 

  • Manage your activity to achieve a quarterly sales pipeline/sales meeting quota 

  • Regularly achieve or exceed set targets for qualified opportunity generation monthly 

  • Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information before a prospecting call 

  • Work across the sales technology stack and maintain accurate activity, pipeline and contact records in Salesforce

Requirements: 

  • Passion for customer-facing roles  

  • Experience working at a restaurant, front desk, or other service-oriented role 

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts in a clear and compelling way 

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and independently 

  • Ability to overcome objections through product and industry knowledge 

  • Knowledge of the Beauty, Salon, Spa or Clinic Industries a plus 

  • High volume cold calling center experience a plus 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com is a plus 

  • Bi-lingual is a plus
