We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our New York team and support the efficient management of project documentation and communication. This role is crucial in ensuring that all project information is accurately recorded, issued, and maintained in line with Foster + Partners' high standards

Skills & Experience:

Document Management Systems: Strong experience with Procore, Buildonline, Hummingbird, Newforma, or similar document management systems, is essential for efficient workflow management and project tracking
Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data tracking and reporting), Word, and Outlook is required. Experience with organizing, tracking, and managing project documentation via spreadsheets is a key part of this role
