Data Entry Clerk - Intermediate id-1408



Description:

Candidate will be responsible for accurately entering information into database, communicating with licence holders, and assist with other duties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Reviewing licence documents to determine reporting data
• Entering data into database and excel
• Verifying of data entered by external parties in database and the Digital Regulatory Assurance System
• Contacting external parties to validate data and make change requests
• Entering non-compliances found into Digital Regulatory Assurance System
• Assist with any other office duties as required.

Additional information to suppliers

Per worker model below this is a Hybrid role.
Working Hours:
• e.g.… Standard Hours of work are 8:15 to 4:30 with a 1 hr lunch break Alberta time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays observed by the province.
• In office will be in office with discussion on transitioning to remote work once fully trained

Incumbency:
• Net new role

Standard Background check required.
• The Supplier shall, prior to commencement of the Services, provide the Province, on its request and at no cost to the Province, with criminal record checks.

Mandatory Training Courses:
• Once hired the resource will be required to complete all mandatory training which includes but not limited to Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Security/Cybersecurity, Information Management, and Respect in the Workplace. There may also be other mandatory and/or optional training.
Anticipated Interviews dates
• Interviews are estimated to be start Oct 10-17th This is an estimate only.

Equipment requirements:
• The Resource must provide their own computer and related equipment. The computer's operating system must be a modern version of Windows or MacOS that is compatible with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and related software for remote access. Windows is preferred due to better compatibility. AVD/remote-related software will be installed on the resource's computer.


The fixed rate quoted must be inclusive of all overhead, office space and equipment, including supplies, administrative burden, mark-up, and all other costs to perform the Services for the duration of the Contract.

Scoring Methodology:
Financial/Pricing: 10%
Resource Qualifications: 30%
Interview Process: 60%

ALL REQUIRED EXPERIENCE MUST BE DESCRIBED IN RESUME UNDER THE JOB/PROJECT WHERE EXPERIENCE WAS ATTAINED.
