Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Manage and respond to incoming chat conversations on our website, providing real-time support to customers.
  • Monitor and respond to customer messages on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, and more.
  • Handle website inquiries and email communications efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints, process returns/exchanges, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Utilize the customer service platform, Gorgias, to manage and log all customer interactions and maintain detailed records (experience with Gorgias is a significant plus).
  • Stay informed about company updates, new products, and campaigns to provide customers with the most current information.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address common customer concerns, improving service and processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience handling inquiries across multiple channels (phone, chat, social media, email).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and write clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to maintain a professional and empathetic tone in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias or similar customer service software is highly preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in managing chat tools, social media platforms, and basic computer skills.
