  1. Greet and welcome customers to the home showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all products are displayed properly and shelves are fully stocked.
  3. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Process customer orders and handle any returns or exchanges.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and report any low stock items to management.
  6. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to the showroom.
  7. Accurately record and maintain inventory counts.
  8. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning tasks in the showroom, such as dusting and restocking.
  9. Assist with setting up and dismantling displays for special events or promotions.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the showroom.
  11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  12. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing information to assist customers with their buying decisions.
  13. Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to learn about new products and company policies.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.
