Compliance Assistant - Griffith, IN
Job Description
1Source is looking for a full-time Compliance Assistant to join our team! This role plays a key role in supporting the compliance team by assisting with compliance monitoring, documentation, and reporting activities. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating compliance related tasks and helping to ensure that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the compliance team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Organize and maintain compliance records, files, and databases to ensure they are up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Assist in conducting internal compliance audits and assessments.
- Track and follow up on compliance-related issues, findings, and corrective actions.
- Help coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for employees.
- Prepare training materials and assist in the delivery of compliance training programs.
- Support the implementation of compliance best practices and initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
Education/Employment:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a related role
- Basic understanding of compliance practices
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience in a similar industry
