Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to American Express card members via phone, chat, and email channels.

Handle a wide range of inquiries, including account inquiries, billing questions, and assistance with card benefits and rewards.

Listen actively to card members’ needs and concerns, offering empathetic support and personalized solutions.

Educate card members on American Express products, services, and digital tools to enhance their experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
