Responsibilities**

  • Perform research using different public records databases and other subscription based databases;
  • Assist in verification of transactional data through online research and direct solicitations;
  • Help enter in details to transactions and help maintain internal databases;
  • Work with staff and team, ensuring quality work is performed in a timely manner;
  • Perform site visits across several real estate property types and help prepare subsequent reports;
  • Improve internal processes, procedures, policies, analyses, and models;
  • Develop Excel models as needed;
  • Utilize our proprietary database in combination with VALCRE report writing software and ARGUS ENTERPRISE;
  • Begin your path to become a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and eventually earn the prestigious MAI designation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Experience performing financial analysis or data driven research;
  • Previous experience with commercial real estate appraisals and/or valuations is a plus;
  • Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Trainee a plus;
  • Familiarity in financial modeling and real estate, including experience with ARGUS;
  • Familiarity with Report Writing software, CoStar and MLS;
  • Experience and passion for Real Estate;
  • Basic knowledge of valuation methodologies and real estate terminology;
  • Proven experience in data science research and analysis;
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility of work schedule to meet client needs required;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
